The Tre Canne Bronze Inox was developed by the EM Titanium R&D department to provide a durable and technical alternative for the modern Brutale and Dragster range.
Built using 0.6 mm stainless steel, the Bronze Inox edition offers a high degree of thermal stability and corrosion resistance.
Artisanal Construction & Technical Detail
The Tre Canne is designed to replace the bulky factory unit with a more streamlined, hand-finished component. The manufacturing process focuses on optimizing gas flow while maintaining a sophisticated visual profile.
-
Sector-Welded Snail Link Pipe: The central link pipe is hand-welded using a "chiocciola" (snail) sector design.
This complex geometry is used to manage exhaust pressures effectively within a compact space, showcasing the precision of the weld seams. -
CNC-Machined Components: To ensure a vibration-resistant and airtight fit, the coupling bushings are CNC-machined from solid blocks of metal.
-
Carbon Fiber & Grids: The triple exits are finished with high-temperature carbon fiber end caps.
Each outlet features a multi-perforated grid, a design choice that references racing aesthetics while serving as a functional guard. -
Mass Management: Weighing 4.5 kg, the system reduces the overall mass by 1.9 kg compared to the stock exhaust, helping to lower the bike’s center of gravity.
