EM Titanium Dragster/B3/Rivale/F3 "Tre Canne" Black Inox (E3 homologated)

The Tre Canne Black Inox was developed by the EM Titanium R&D department to provide a high-durability technical upgrade for the MV Agusta 3-cylinder platform. Designed for the Dragster, Brutale (B3), Rivale, and F3, this version utilizes the traditional triple-exit layout while introducing a stealthier, aggressive aesthetic through its specialized black finish.

By using 0.6 mm stainless steel, this exhaust ensures excellent thermal stability and resistance to the elements. It serves as a precise mechanical replacement for the stock system, focused on reducing mass and optimizing the exhaust note of E3-regulated engines.

Technical Construction & Craftsmanship

Every Tre Canne system is built with a focus on artisanal assembly and mechanical precision, turning a functional component into a centerpiece of the motorcycle.

• Sector-Welded "Snail" Pipe: The central link pipe features a "chiocciola" (snail) design, hand-welded in individual sectors. This complex construction method is used to manage internal gas flow efficiently within a compact space, showcasing the precision of the artisanal weld seams.

• CNC Machining: All coupling bushings are machined from solid blocks via CNC technology to ensure a vibration-resistant, airtight fit that maintains its integrity over time.

• Carbon Fiber Accents: The triple outlets are finished with high-temperature carbon fiber end caps and a matching protective heat shield. Each exit is fitted with a multi-perforated grid, providing a refined technical look inspired by racing heritage.

• Mass Optimization: At 4.5 kg, the system reduces the weight of the exhaust by 1.9 kg compared to the original part, aiding the overall agility of the bike.

• E3 Homologated: This exhaust system is street-legal (for E3 models), allowing you to enjoy the EM Titanium DNA on any road. N.B. The exhaust is not homologated for 675cc models.
