The Tre Canne Black Titanium was developed by the EM Titanium R&D department to provide a high-performance, stealth-inspired upgrade for the MV Agusta 3-cylinder range. Specifically designed for the Dragster, Brutale (B3), Rivale, and F3, this version utilizes a full titanium structure finished in an aggressive black tone, maintaining the iconic triple-exit silhouette while significantly reducing the motorcycle's overall mass.

Built from 0.6 mm Grade 1 Titanium, this system is engineered for riders who prioritize the extreme weight savings of titanium but prefer a more understated, technical appearance compared to a natural metal finish.

Technical Construction & Artisanal Detail

The manufacturing of the Tre Canne Black Titanium involves a high degree of craftsmanship, ensuring that each unit meets the mechanical standards required for the Schiranna-built engines.

• Sector-Welded "Snail" Pipe: The central link pipe uses a "chiocciola" (snail) design, hand-welded in individual sectors. This process is essential for managing exhaust gas flow in a compact footprint and showcases the precision of the artisanal weld beads under the black finish.

• CNC Machining: To ensure an airtight and secure fit, all coupling bushings are CNC-machined from solid blocks. This eliminates the tolerances often found in stamped components and ensures long-term resistance to high-frequency vibrations.

• Carbon Fiber & Grids: The triple outlets are fitted with high-temperature carbon fiber end caps and a carbon heat shield. Each exit is finished with a multi-perforated grid, a design choice that adds a layer of technical refinement to the rear of the bike.

• Weight Management: At only 2.6 kg, this system provides a 3.8 kg weight reduction over the original equipment, which directly impacts the bike's center of gravity and handling precision.

• E3 Homologated: This exhaust system is street-legal (for E3 models), allowing you to enjoy the EM Titanium DNA on any road. N.B. The exhaust is not homologated for 675cc models.
