The Tre Canne Bronze Inox was developed by the EM Titanium R&D department to provide a durable technical upgrade for the MV Agusta 3-cylinder platform. Specifically designed for the Dragster, Brutale, Rivale, and F3, this version respects the iconic triple-exit geometry of the Schiranna-built motorcycles while introducing advanced construction techniques and materials.

Utilizing 0.6 mm stainless steel with a specialized bronze finish, this exhaust provides high thermal resistance and structural durability. It is a technical alternative to the stock system, designed to optimize the exhaust flow of the E3-regulated engines.

Technical Construction & Craftsmanship

The manufacturing of the Tre Canne involves a combination of precision machining and artisanal assembly to ensure a perfect fit and a refined mechanical appearance.

• Sector-Welded "Snail" Pipe: The central link pipe uses a "chiocciola" (snail) design, hand-welded in individual sectors. This complex geometry is essential for managing exhaust gas pressures within a compact space, showcasing the precision of the artisanal weld beads.

• CNC-Machined Components: The coupling bushings are machined from solid blocks via CNC technology, ensuring an airtight seal and long-term resistance to engine vibrations.

• Carbon Fiber & Grids: The system is finished with high-temperature carbon fiber end caps and a protective heat shield. Each outlet is fitted with a multi-perforated grid, a functional design element that pays homage to racing heritage.

• E3 Homologation: This system is fully certified for road use (E3), allowing for an upgrade in sound and aesthetics while remaining compliant with street regulations. N.B. The exhaust is not homologated for 675cc models.

Technical Specifications

The Tre Canne is designed to improve the power-to-weight ratio and handling of the motorcycle by shedding 1.9 kg compared to the factory exhaust. The internal casing is packed with high-quality fono-absorbent material, producing a crisp, mechanical sound that highlights the unique character of the Varese triple engine.
