EM Titanium Dragster/B3/Rivale/F3 "Tre Canne" Inox (E3 homologated)

The Tre Canne Inox was developed by the EM Titanium R&D department to offer a technically advanced alternative for the MV Agusta 3-cylinder engine platform. Specifically tailored for the Dragster, Brutale (B3), Rivale, and F3, this exhaust system maintains the iconic triple-exit geometry of the Schiranna-built motorcycles while improving both the weight and the sound profile.

Utilizing 0.6 mm high-grade stainless steel, the Inox edition provides a classic racing aesthetic with excellent thermal durability. It is designed as a precise mechanical replacement for the stock system, engineered to optimize the performance of E3-regulated models.

Technical Construction & Craftsmanship

The assembly of each Tre Canne system emphasizes artisanal skill and mechanical precision, focusing on the visible details that define high-end Italian engineering.

• Sector-Welded "Snail" Pipe: The central link pipe features a "chiocciola" (snail) design, hand-welded in individual sectors. This construction is used to manage exhaust gas flow within a compact footprint, showcasing the characteristic artisanal weld beads.

• CNC Precision: All coupling bushings are machined from solid blocks using CNC technology. This ensures a high-precision, airtight fit that is resistant to the vibrations typical of high-revving engines.

• Carbon Fiber & Grids: The triple outlets are finished with high-temperature carbon fiber end caps and include a protective carbon heat shield. Each outlet is fitted with a multi-perforated grid, a design detail that provides a refined, technical finish.

• Weight Saving: At 4.5 kg, the system reduces the bike's overall mass by 1.9 kg compared to the original exhaust, contributing to improved handling and a better power-to-weight ratio.

• E3 Homologated: This exhaust system is street-legal (for E3 models), allowing you to enjoy the EM Titanium DNA on any road. N.B. The exhaust is not homologated for 675cc models.
