The Tre Canne Titanium represents the highest level of material selection from the EM Titanium R&D department. Specifically designed for the Dragster, Brutale (B3), Rivale, and F3, this system is engineered to maximize the agility of the MV Agusta 3-cylinder platform by replacing the heavy stock unit with an ultra-lightweight titanium structure.

Utilizing 0.6 mm Grade 1 Titanium, this exhaust offers an exceptional strength-to-weight ratio and high thermal stability. The natural titanium finish provides a raw, technical look that evolves over time with the heat cycles of the engine, characteristic of professional racing components.

Artisanal Construction & Technical Detail

Every Tre Canne Titanium system is a product of precision engineering and hand-finished assembly, designed to improve both the aesthetics and the mechanical efficiency of the motorcycle.

• Sector-Welded "Snail" Pipe: The central link pipe features a "chiocciola" (snail) design, hand-welded in individual sectors. This complex construction method allows for precise control of internal gas flow within a compact space, while the visible welds highlight the artisanal nature of the titanium work.

• CNC Machining: To ensure an airtight and vibration-resistant fit, all coupling bushings are CNC-machined from solid blocks. This high-precision manufacturing is essential for maintaining the integrity of the system under high-revving conditions.

• Carbon Fiber & Grids: The triple outlets are finished with high-temperature carbon fiber end caps. Each exit is fitted with a multi-perforated grid, providing a refined technical detail that honors the racing heritage of the Varese brand.

• Mass Reduction: Weighing only 2.6 kg, this system provides a weight saving of 3.8 kg over the original equipment, significantly lowering the center of gravity and improving handling.

• E3 Homologated: This exhaust system is street-legal (for E3 models), allowing you to enjoy the EM Titanium DNA on any road. N.B. The exhaust is not homologated for 675cc models.
