EM Titanium Dragster/B3/Rivale/F3 "Tre Canne" UV Titanium (E3 homologated)

The Tre Canne UV Titanium was developed by the EM Titanium R&D department to combine high-level weight reduction with a specialized visual finish. Designed for the Dragster, Brutale (B3), Rivale, and F3, this edition utilizes an ultra-lightweight titanium structure treated with a UV process that creates an iridescent blue and purple hue, a look traditionally associated with high-temperature racing components.

Built from 0.6 mm Grade 1 Titanium, this system focuses on maximizing the agility of the 3-cylinder Schiranna platform. By replacing the stock exhaust with this titanium unit, the motorcycle benefits from a significant reduction in mass and improved thermal dissipation.

Artisanal Construction & Technical Detail

Each Tre Canne system is the result of hand-finished assembly and precision engineering, designed to integrate seamlessly with the mechanical character of the MV Agusta.

• Sector-Welded "Snail" Pipe: The central link pipe uses a "chiocciola" (snail) design, hand-welded in individual sectors. This technique is used to manage internal exhaust gas flow within a compact space, while the iridescent UV finish highlights the precision of each artisanal weld bead.

• CNC Machining: To ensure an airtight and secure fit, all coupling bushings are CNC-machined from solid blocks. This high-precision manufacturing eliminates the loose tolerances of mass-produced parts and ensures long-term resistance to engine vibrations.

• Carbon Fiber & Grids: The triple outlets are finished with high-temperature carbon fiber end caps and a matching heat shield. Each exit features a multi-perforated grid, a design choice that adds a technical, refined finish to the rear of the bike.

• Mass Optimization: Weighing only 2.6 kg, this system provides a 3.8 kg weight reduction over the original equipment. This mass reduction directly improves the power-to-weight ratio and enhances the bike's handling in quick direction changes.

• E3 Homologated: This exhaust system is street-legal (for E3 models), allowing you to enjoy the EM Titanium DNA on any road. N.B. The exhaust is not homologated for 675cc models.
