This exhaust system honors the traditional triple-exit layout of the Varese-built supersport bikes while integrating modern racing materials and manufacturing techniques.

Constructed from 0.6 mm Grade 1 Titanium, this edition features a specialized bronze finish that offers a technical and durable aesthetic. It is engineered to be a direct replacement for the original equipment, focusing on mass reduction and thermal efficiency for the 3-cylinder engine.

Technical Precision & Artisanal Construction

The manufacturing of the Tre Canne involves a combination of high-tech machining and hand-finished assembly to ensure both performance and durability.

• Sector-Welded "Snail" Pipe: The central link pipe is hand-welded using a "chiocciola" (snail) sector design. This technique allows for precise control of internal gas flow and provides the visible, high-quality weld beads characteristic of titanium race exhausts.

• Mass Optimization: By using thin-wall titanium, the system weighs only 2.6 kg. This represents a 3.8 kg reduction compared to the factory exhaust, which directly improves the motorcycle’s agility and flickability through corners.

• CNC & Carbon Components: All coupling bushings are CNC-machined from solid blocks for a secure, vibration-resistant fit. The triple outlets are finished with high-temperature carbon fiber end caps and multi-perforated grids that refine the rear profile of the bike.

• E4-E5 Homologation: This system is fully certified for street use under Euro 4 and Euro 5 standards, allowing for a technical upgrade that remains compliant with road regulations.
