Engineering Meets Art: The Motocorse Protection Kit

The Motocorse Front Fork Axle Sliders are not just protective components; they are a piece of mechanical jewelry designed to safeguard the front end of your MV Agusta. Specifically designed for models equipped with Öhlins forks, these sliders blend high-tech materials with Italian design flair.

Superior Materials & Construction

  • CNC Machined Delrin®: The slider bodies are carved from solid blocks of Delrin (POM). This technical plastic is chosen for its excellent dimensional stability, high mechanical strength, and hardness, making it the ideal sacrificial material to absorb energy during a slide or fall.
  • Titanium Hardware: Unlike standard sliders, this kit is fastened using two custom-made Titanium screws, exclusive to Motocorse. This adds a touch of luxury while ensuring high strength and corrosion resistance.
  • Billet Aluminum Core: Holding the assembly together is a central tie-pin machined from billet aluminum.

Intelligent Protective Design

The sliders feature a carefully engineered rounded "dome" shape that serves a dual purpose:

  1. Wheel Side: It completely encompasses and shields the bulk nut and its retention clip.
  2. Crown Nut Side: It protects the nut while leaving it aesthetically visible.

This specific conformation minimizes the risk of snagging during a slide, allowing the bike to glide rather than tumble.

Durability Through Anodization

The aluminum internal components undergo a rigorous anodization process. This creates a hard, protective oxide layer that prevents rust and corrosion, ensuring the kit withstands all weather conditions and maintains its finish over time.
